Thousands of people turned out for the ninth Open Farm Sunday event at Hall Farm in Stainton le Vale.
The day saw families enjoy the many stalls and activities on offer as it celebrated farming and rural life in general.
A charity tractor run used the event as a lunch stop-off too, which added an extra interest for those who love machinery.
Displays of sheep shearing and blacksmithing were an added attraction too, alongside the ever popular tractor and trailer rides around the farm and pond-dipping for children in particular to enjoy.
Many people took along their own picnics, while others took advantage of the barbecue run by members of the Market Rasen Rotary and Round Table groups or the tea and cakes on offer from the local church and Binbrook and District WI.
And members of Market Rasen Scout Group did sterling work as car park attendants, guiding the hundreds of visitors’ cars safely on to the undulating field.
