De Aston students Henry Matthews and Philippa Geddes, along with Head of Year Kerry Rivett, joined Market Rasen Rotary Club for lunch to give a presentation on their participation in the Rotary Youth Leadership Award.

The students explained how the four days, funded by the club, had helped improved numerous skills.

At The Rotary Centre in Castleton, the event had focused on leadership, communications and problem-solving. They even learnt how to navigate.

Henry and Philippa also shared a number of photographs with the club members whilst telling the tales of their leadership development course.

“De Aston School would like to thank Market Rasen Rotary Club for their support and hospitality,” said Mrs Rivett.
