String of break-ins in Rasen area

Police are appealing for information after a string of break-ins in the Market Rasen area.

Officers says three incidents happened overnight on Monday, April 18 into Tuesday, April 19.

A quad bike was stolen after a stable was broken into in Thornton Road, North Owersby (incident number 169 of April 19).

In the Kingerby area, a chainsaw and blower were stolen after offenders broke into a garage (incident 77 of April 19).

And in the Fir Park area, a padlock to a farm compound was broken - but nothing was stolen (incident 182 of April 19).

Market Rasen Police Community Support Officer Neil Harrison said: “From the information provided and the locations of these incidents it would appear the offenders are travelling around the Market Rasen/Caistor area. Please be 
extra vigilant.”
