Parents who have trouble sleeping, or have children with sleep issues, can receive free help on dealing with the problem at a workshop in Wragby.

Two mums are holding the event at Wragby Town Hall from 9.30am to 2.30pm on Wednesday October 22 as part of an advice tour around the region.

Carol Batchelor and Claire Earley are qualified sleep practitioners and have already helped parents at seminars and at a Sleep Success Conference in Grimsby.

The pair work with Vicky Dawson of Doncaster, who set up The Children’s Sleep Charity in 2012, after she and her son had sleep issues.

Carol and Clair now run Lottery-funded 1-2-1 workshops and sleep success clinics across Lincolnshire.

“Delegates learn about common sleep issues, the science of sleep, how diet affects sleep, good bedtime routines and how to tackle sleep issues. They also received a useful booklet full of information,” said Carol.

“In our 1 2 1 work, we create individual sleep programmes for each family and carry on supporting them for up to 12 weeks whilst they put the programme into place via email or telephone,” she said.

To attend the workshop, please ring Claire or Carol on 07912-667676.
