Helen Robinson, 33, of Chapman Street, Market Rasen, has been sentenced for an offence under the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court heard on July 6.

The court was told how Robinson failed to comply with a requirement, imposed by City of Lincoln Council, to surrender alcohol.

The incident happened in Lincoln on February 3.

The case was proved by magistrates in Robinson’s absence from court.

She had not entered a plea.

Robinson has been fined £100 and ordered to pay £200 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

Benjamin Clarke

Benjamin Clarke, 21, of Weelsby House, Immingham, has been sentenced for a motoring offence that happened in Market Rasen, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court heard on July 8.

The court was told how Clarke drove a Vauxhall Astra in Dear Street, Market Rasen without due care and attention.

The incident happened on July 23, last year.

Clarke had originally pleaded not guilty to the charge but changed his plea to guilty at the hearing on July 8.

He has been fined £45 and had his driving record endorsed with three points.

Clarke has been ordered to £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a £20 victim surcharge.

Edward Sims

Edward Sims, 74, of Riby Road, Keelby, has had a warrant issued for his arrest with bail after he failed to turn up for a hearing at Grimsby Magistrates’ Court on July 13.

The court was told how Mr Sims had been due in the dock accused of failing to promptly notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change of circumstances which he knew would affect his entitlement to pension credit, namely full and accurate details of his household income.

It allegedly happened in Grimsby between March 1, 2010 and October 5, 2014, the court heard.

Mr Sims has not yet entered a plea.

He has had a warrant issued for his arrest with bail for a hearing at Grimsby Magistrates’ Court on August 10.

David Flint

David Flint, 40, of Moor Road, North Owersby, has been charged with an offence under the Criminal Damage Act, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court heard on July 14.

The court was told how Mr Flint has been accused of causing criminal damage to a windscreen and side windows of a Toyota Hilux vehicle.

It allegedly happened in Market Rasen on April 29, the court was told.

Mr Flint has not yet entered a plea.

The case has been adjourned until August 11, the court heard.

Emma Haxby

Emma Haxby, 32, of Rawlinson Avenue, Caistor, has been sentenced for drink driving, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court heard on July 14.

The court was told how Haxby pleaded guilty to driving a Renault Megane vehicle when she was more than two times over the legal alcohol limit.

A test showed Haxby had 77 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

The incident happened in Caistor Road, Market Rasen, on June 5.

Haxby has been fined £100 and banned from driving for 17 months.

She has been ordered to pay £40 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a £20 victim surcharge.

James Hosiedlo

James Hosiedlo, 31, of Holly Street, Lincoln - previously of Church Hill, Spridlington - is to be sentenced at Lincoln Crown Court after he pleaded guilty to a string of offences, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court heard on July 14.

The court was told how Hosiedlo pleaded guilty to failing to provide a sample of breath as part of a police investigation into whether or not he had committed a motoring offence.

This happened in Tower Crescent, Lincoln, on December 16, last year.

He also admitted causing serious injury to a woman by driving a Volkswagen Crafter dangerously in East Liberty, Lincoln, on December 16, last year.

Hosiedlo pleaded guilty to failing to stop a Volkswagen Crafter vehicle after an accident which caused a fracture to a woman’s leg in East Liberty, Lincoln, on December 16, last year.

And he also admitted assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty in Lincoln on December 16, last year.

The case has been committed to Lincoln Crown Court for sentencing, on a date still to be fixed.

Hosiedlo has been given unconditional bail.

Danielle Garside

Danielle Garside, 27, of Clayton Close, North Kelsey, has had two charges against her discontinued, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court heard on July 14.

The court was told how Miss Garside had been accused of failing to provide a sample of breath as part of a police investigation into whether she had committed a motoring offence, in Moortown on January 8.

And she was accused of failing to provide a sample of urine at Scunthorpe Hospital on January 8, as part of an investigation into whether she had committed a motoring offence.

Miss Garside had not entered pleas. Both charges have been discontinued.
