Louise Searle, 23, of Gresham Street, Lincoln, has been handed a suspended prison sentence after she pleaded guilty to two assaults in Market Rasen, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court heard on April 22.

The court was told how Searle admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Market Rasen on August 18, last year.

Searle also pleaded guilty to assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty – this also happened in Market Rasen on August 18, last year.

She has been given a 16-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months and must pay £100 compensation to each victim, the court was told.

Theft charges

A teenager from the Market Rasen area, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has pleaded guilty to a string of theft charges, Lincolnshire Youth Court, sitting at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court heard on April 11.

The court was told how the teenage boy admitted four theft charges - stealing a £220 iPhone 5S from a female, stetaling an iPhone 5S and Black Bolt make-up powder from another female, stealing a wallet and money, of an unknown value, from a male and stealing a River Island purse and money, of an unknown value, from a third female.

All four incidents happened in Lincoln on February 28, the court was told.

The youth has been ordered to pay a total of £60 compensation and has been referred to Lincolnshire youth offender panel for three months, the court heard.

Sexual assault

A teenager from the Market Rasen area, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a five-year-old girl, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court heard on April 25.

The incident happened on May 26, last year, the court was told.

The teenager has been referred to Lincolnshire youth offender panel for 12 months and has been ordered to pay £35 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a £15 victim surcharge.

Pamela Ann Crisp-Beard

Pamela Ann Crisp-Beard, 64, of Linden Road, Horncastle, has pleaded not guilty to driving without due care and attention, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court heard on April 12.

The court was told how Mrs Crisp-Beard is charged with driving a Citroen vehicle without due care and attention on the A158 at Rand on June 7, last year.

The case has been adjourned until June 14 when Mrs Crisp-Beard is due to stand trial at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court.

Martine Domoney

Martine Domoney, 30, of Minden Place, Hemswell Cliff, has been handed a suspended prison sentence after she pleaded guilty to a string of charges, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court heard on April 13.

The court was told how Domoney admitted three counts of assaulting a woman by beating, in Lincoln on Christmas Day last year.

She also admitted intentionally causing a woman to lose control of a vehicle on the B1398 in Lincoln on Christmas Day, last year.

Domoney has been given an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months.

She has also been handed a two-month curfew with electronic monitoring and has to take part in a rehabilitation activity requirement for up to 20 days.

Domoney has to pay £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and an £80 victim surcharge, the court was told.

Amy Rice

Amy Rice, 31, of Cliff Road, Welton, has been sentenced after she pleaded guilty to an arson charge, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court heard on April 14.

The court was told how Rice admitted destroying rubbish bins and fencing belonging to Welton’s William Farr Comprehensive School and Welton Pre-School, by unlawfully setting fire to them on February 9.

Rice has been handed a nine-month community order and must take part in a rehabilitation activity requirement for up to 25 days, the court heard.

She has been ordered to pay £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a £60 victim surcharge, the court was told.

Stuart Anderson

Stuart Anderson, 54, of Lancaster Drive, Market Rasen, has been found not guilty of an assault by beating charge, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court heard on April 18.

The court heard how Mr Anderson stood trial accused of assaulting a woman by beating her in Market Rasen on December 24, last year.

Mr Anderson pleaded not guilty to the charge and was found to be not guilty by magistrates. The case has now been dismissed, the court was told.

Samuel Dale

Samuel Dale, 23, of Coronation Road, Market Rasen, is to stand trial in front of a jury later this year after denying a charge of rape when he appeared before Lincoln Crown Court on April 28.

The court was told how Mr Dale is accused of raping a woman in Market Rasen.

It allegedly happened on June 27, 2015.

Judge John Pini QC adjourned the hearing for trial in November, the court heard.

Dale was granted conditional bail until his trial takes place.
