Martin Milson

Martin Milson, of Horncastle Road, Caistor, has been discharged conditionally for three months after indicating a plea of guilty to possessing a shotgun without a licence.

Milson, 52, pleaded at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday April 15.

He has been ordered to pay £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

Milson’s guilty plea 
was taken into account when the sentence was imposed and the shotgun is to be destroyed by 
police.

Jason Pell

Jason Pell, of Kilnwell Road, Market Rasen, has been discharged conditionally for 12 months after indicating guilty pleas to a number of offences.

The 26-year-old pleaded guilty to stealing over £50 of beauty products from B&M Home Store in Lincoln on March 25 and stealing two jars of 
coffee from Tesco on March 28.

Pell was ordered to pay £85 costs and a victim surcharge of £15 for the theft of the coffee.

Marc Jepson

Marc Jepson, of Kelsway Estate, Caistor, was due to appear at Grimsby Magistrates’ Court yesterday (Tuesday, April 22) facing two charges of assault by beating.

It is alleged that Jepson, 21, assaulted two people in Grimsby on February 6.

Maria Preston

Maria Preston, of Hawthorn Avenue, Brigg, was due to appear at Scunthorpe Magistrates’ Court yesterday (Tuesday, April 22) facing one charge of failing to report a road accident and one charge of driving without a valid licence.

It is alleged that Preston, 34, caused damage to another vehicle at Springs Way Car Park, Brigg.

The alleged offences took place on September 9.

Jessie Clark

Jessie Clark, of Kingfisher Drive, Market Rasen, will appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on August 11 facing one charge of drink driving.

It is alleged that Clark, 56, drove with 60 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath - the legal limit is 35 microgrammes.

The alleged offence took place in Queen 
Street, Market Rasen on March 23.
