David Wilkinson

David Wilkinson, 24, of Elm Tree Close, Market Rasen, has admitted two counts of failing to comply with the requirements of a community order, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court has heard.

The court heard how Wilkinson failed to attend unpaid work on October 29 and December 1 last 
year.

And he failed to attend ‘building better relationships’ group work sessions on December 2 and December 4 last year.

Wilkinson has been given a six-week curfew and will be electronically monitored during this time.

He must also take part in a compliance activity requirement for five 
days.

Luke Shepardson

Luke Shepardson, 24, of Westwold Road, Caistor, has had a warrant issued for his arrest without bail after he failed to turn up for a hearing at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court.

The court heard how Shepardson has admitted stealing cosmetic gift sets to the value of £12 from Boots in Market Rasen on October 22 last year.

One October 28 he stole £34 of cosmetic gift sets from Boots in Market Rasen, the court heard.

He has also admitted stealing razor blades to the value of £39.18 from Boots in Market Rasen on October 30.

And Shepardson has admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to provide an acceptable explanation for not going to unpaid work on August 12 last year and supervision on November 22 last 
year.

The case has been adjourned.

William Collins

William Collins, 53, of Legsby Road, Market Rasen, has been sentenced after he pleaded guilty to failing to promptly notify the Department for Work and Pensions about a change in circumstances affecting his entitlement to income support between December 17, 2010 and May 27, 
2012.

Lincoln Magistrates’ Court heard how Collins had capital in excess of the prescribed limits.

He also pleaded guilty to failing to promptly notify the Department of Work and Pensions about this change in circumstances that affected his entitlement to council tax benefit between December 16, 2010 and May 27, 2012.

He has been fined £75 and ordered to pay £150 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Collins had also been accused of two further charges, which were withdrawn by the court - failing to notify West Lindsey District Council of a change in circumstances that would affect his entitlement to council tax benefit between June 11, 2007 and May 27, 2011 and failing to promptly notify the Department for Work and Pensions about a change in circumstances that would affect his entitlement to income support between June 8, 2007 and May 27, 2012.

Jeffrey Boryszczuk

Jeffrey Boryszczuk, 43, of Snelland Road, Wickenby, has had a warrant issued for his arrest without bail after he failed to turn up for a hearing at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court.

The court heard how Mr Boryszczuk is accused of stealing food items from Lincolnshire Co-operative in Welton on December 16 last year.

He has not yet entered a plea.

The case has been adjourned.

Christopher Mechen

Christopher Mechen, 40, of Partridge Drive, Rothwell, has had a warrant issued for his arrest without bail after he failed to turn up for a hearing at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court.

The court heard how Mr Mechen is accused of stealing a number of items, of an unknown value, from the Lincolnshire Co-operative store in High Street, Caistor on September 8 last 
year.

He has not yet entered his plea.

The case has been adjourned.

Emma Meakin

Emma Meakin, 29, of Newton Close, Wragby, has pleaded not guilty to a theft charge, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court has heard.

The court heard how Ms Meakin denies stealing wine and food, to an unknown value, from Lincolnshire Co-operative Society in Wragby on December 18 last 
year.

She is due to stand trial on April 4 and has been remanded on unconditional bail until this date.

The case has been adjourned.

Luke Mitchell

Luke Mitchell, 25, of Louisberg Road, Hemswell Cliff, has been sentenced after he pleaded guilty to a string of offences, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court has heard.

The court heard how Mitchell drove a Vauxhall Astra without a valid licence or insurance in Greetwell Road, Lincoln, on September 4 last 
year.

On the same day, he also wilfully obstructed a police officer in Lincoln.

Mitchell also admitted failing to surrender to custody at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on October 1 last year.

He has been banned from obtaining a driving licence for 12 months and fined £25.

Mitchell has been ordered to pay a £20 victim 
surcharge.

Stephanie Fisher

Stephanie Fisher, 19, of Lily Drive, Market Rasen, has been charged with two counts of possession with intent to supply drugs, Grimsby Magistrates’ Court has heard.

The court heard how Miss Fisher is accused of having a quantity of class B drug cannabis with intent to supply it in Grimsby on August 10 last year.

And she is accused of having a quantity of class A drug cocaine with intent to supply it in Grimsby, also on August 10 last year.

Miss Fisher has not yet entered a plea for either charge.

The court heard how the case has been committed to Grimsby Crown 
Court. Miss Fisher is due to appear in the dock later this 
month.

Proceedings have been adjourned.
