Jamie Green

Jamie Green, of Station Road, Hibaldstow, will appear at Scunthorpe Magistrates’ Court on May 8 after being remanded on bail.

The 20-year-old has indicated pleas of guilty to three offences.

Green has indicated pleas of guilty to stealing a mobile phone on November 15, 2013, stealing DVDs on November 6, 2013, and stealing a games console, games, jewellery and a mobile phone on January 28 this year.

Peter Skipjack

A warrant for the arrest of Peter Skipjack of Mill Lane, Brigg, has been issued after he allegedly damaged a cardboard cut-out of a police officer in Scunthorpe.

It is alleged that Skipjack, 48, damaged a life-sized cardboard cut-out of a police officer to the value of £50 in Scunthorpe on February 17.

The warrant has been issued for a hearing on May 13 at Scunthorpe Magistrates’ Court.

Adam Jozwik

Adam Jozwik, c/o Highfield Lane, Brigg, has been given a four week community order after being found guilty of assault by beating.

Jozwik, 29, pleaded not guilty to an assault charge which occurred on November 2 last year but was found guilty by magistrates at Scunthorpe.

He was also found guilty after pleading not guilty to damaging a vehicle in Scunthorpe on January 2.

Jozwik has been ordered to pay £500 costs, a £60 victim surcharge and compensation amounts of £100 and £80.

Kevin Davey

Kevin Davey, of Kingfisher Drive, Scawby, has been discharged conditionally for six months after pleading guilty to failing to make a relevant entry for the purpose of the Community Recording Equipment Regulation on an EC regulated journey.

He has been ordered to pay £100 costs and a victim surcharge of £15.

His guilty plea was taken into account when the sentence was imposed.

Michael Hitchin

Michael Hitchin, of Melton Ross, has been fined £600 after being found guilty in absence of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

The 44-year-old’s licence has been endorsed with six penalty points and Hitchin was ordered to pay £85 costs and a victim surcharge of £60.

Sean Togher

Sean Togher, of Messingham Lane, Scawby, will appear at Scunthorpe Magistrates’ Court on May 8 facing four charges relating to possessing and making indecent photographs.

It is alleged that Togher, 43, made 7,649 indecent photographs of a child recovered from a laptop in his possession.

Togher faces further allegations of possessing 982 indecent images of a child on discs, 23 indecent images of a child on a memory stick and nine images of extreme pornographic material.

Liam Moulds

Liam Moulds, of Sprinfield Road, Brigg, has been remanded on bail until July 25 when he will appear at Scunthorpe Magistrates’ Court facing one charge using or threatening unlawful violence towards other persons.

Moulds has pleaded not guilty to the offence which allegedly occurred in Scunthorpe on April 23.

Levi Oliveria

Levi Oliveria, of Eleanor Street, Grimsby, will appear at Scunthorpe Magistrates’ Court on May 23 facing two charges of theft and two charges of assault by beating.

Oliveria has pleaded guilty to assault by beating charges with took place in Brigg on December 14 last year.

She has indicated a plea of guilty to stealing toiletries from Tesco in Brigg on December 18.

The 20-year-old has pleaded not guilty to a further charge of theft in which it is alleged she stole a mobile phone on December 14.

Laura Smith

Laura Smith, of Birch Avenue, Brigg, will appear at Scunthorpe Magistrates’ Court on May 23 facing two charges of assault by beating and one charge of theft.

Smith, 19, has pleaded guilty to one charge of beating which took place in Brigg on December 14 and not guilty to the second charge.

She has also indicated a plea of guilty to stealing a mobile phone in Brigg on the same date.

Simon Bushby

Simon Bushby, of Queen Street, Market Rasen, will appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on May 13 facing one charge of threatening to kill another person.

The alleged threat was carried out on April 9 at Market Rasen.

Bushby, 21, admitted to breaking a bail condition on April 30.
