Couple sought after assault allegation

POLICE are seeking a man and woman seen near a silver Peugeot estate car, following an assault and damage to a mobile phone.

The couple were seen on the B1225 near the road leading to Stainton le Vale between 8 and 10pm on Saturday June 20
