The inside of Caistor Parish Church glowed with the 38 brightly lit and beautifully decorated Christmas trees for the ninth annual Christmas Tree Festival - and the biggest yet.

Trees were sponsored and decorated by town businesses,
local groups and on behalf of charities.

“Many thanks to our generous sponsors without whom this event would not have been possible,” said the Rev Canon Ian Robinson. “Also we are very grateful to Tony and Richard Maund, Mr and Mrs Stephen Savage and to all our team who worked so hard to get the church ready.”

All profits from the event will be divided between the Parish Church and St Andrew’s Children’s Hospice in Grimsby. (Lin)
