The tenth annual Nettlefest went down a storm, as crowds braved some rain over the weekend.
The popular event at the Salutation Inn, Nettleton, had a line up of 18 acts which appealed to old and young alike.
“It went really well. People were still having a good time. This was one of the busy ones,” said pub manager Sarah Gillint.
Among the bands performing were cover band Wizards Sleeve and local lad Joe Dodd in the boy band Rio. But showing boy bands are getting younger were primary school boys Ben, Moiz, Oliver, Matthew, Standly and Tom, playing their first ever gig, and whose performance included that old classic “Wild Thing” from The Troggs.
