Letter: Who's responsible for unruly dogs?

EDITOR – I would like, through your paper, to discover who is responsible for dogs running loose up Gordon Field, as my friend had her most precious cat killed and savaged by two unruly dogs.

If the owners can't do anything with them then put them in kennels.

We never can find out who is responsible.

Haven't they got any thoughts or feelings for other people's pets.
