Hundreds raised for Children in Need

Pupils across the area raised money for Children in Need by taking part in fun activities and going to to school in fancy dress.

At Market Rasen Primary School pupils raised £354.58 by holding a mini fair, games and paying 50p to dress in non-uniform.

Children at Binbrook Primary School dressed up in clothes with spots and managed to raise £78.25.

At Wragby Primary School pupils dressed as staff and staff dressed up as pupils - they raised £243.25.

In the run up to the day the school sold wristbands and Pudsey key rings to boost its fundraising.

Pupils at De Aston School held a non-uniform day and a member of staff sold handmade Pudsey badges.

They raised more than £800, which will be split between Children in Need and Cancer Research UK.
