If you have experienced a mental health difficulty, are feeling down or supporting someone who is, go along to the Healthy Mind coffee mornings in Rasen.

These are held in the Arena Cafe at 8 Queen Street every Wednesday from 9.30am to 11.30am.

If you are aged 19 or over, go along for 1:1 support, meet new friends, listen to guest speakers, learn new skills and enjoy craft activities.
