With this year producing a bumper harvest of apples, Legsby held an apple pressing day again, by popular demand.
And despite the rain, scores of people made hundreds of litres of juice from thousands of local windfalls.
The event offered an opportunity to meet other people, work and talk together while enjoying the fruits of their harvest.
Arthur Adams held bees wax candle making workshops and children from Legsby School sold jam they had made.
There was also an information display, with photographs, of the Old School Project and an opportunity to add ideas to the wishing wall.
