KELSEY Primary School year six pupils, along with class
teacher Mike Ashby and head teacher Magnus Smedley, are celebrating their best ever SATS results.

The results of 100 per cent level 5 in English (the expected level is 4) and 75 per cent level 5 in maths, with 25 per cent at level 4, put Kelsey in the top 10 per cent of primary schools nationally for value added.

Mr Smedley said: “Coming on top of the school’s successful OFSTED in March, these results are a tribute to all the pupils and staff who have worked so hard this year. Next year we shall do even better.”
