Two children from Middle Rasen Primary School have been selected as the winners of a bonfire night drawing competition run by St Barnabas Hospice and Market Rasen Library.
Lauren Graham, 10, and six-year old Joseph James, were thrilled to win certificates, St Barnabas bears and a toy.
Lauren, who is in year six, said: “I’m ecstatic. I love arts and crafts.”
Year two pupil Joseph said: “I can’t believe it. Everyone said I’d win but I didn’t think so.”
Caroline Swindin from St Barnabas Hospice said: “There were some really excellent drawings.
“People have spent a lot of time doing this.”
