No federation for De Aston school

DE ASTON School has decided to stay independent rather than become part of a federation.

As reported in the Rasen Mail, the school had been invited to join the Priory Federation of Academies – but after consultation with parents and further discussions, governors have decided not to take up the offer.

“The governors considered the consultation responses along with other information and took the decision not to join the Priory Federation of Academies at this time,” De Aston headteacher Ellenor Beighton told the Rasen Mail.
