Fruit and vegetables grown by children at Market Rasen Primary school are being sold at a farm shop in the town.
Greens of Lincolnshire - set up by Market Rasen Business Improvement Group and now run by trader Maria Pemberton - sells pupils’ potatoes, radishes, beetroot and strawberries.
And proceeds go to the school’s ‘ground force’ club.
The project is part of a ‘food for life’ award, which involves work with the community.
Any local allotment holders and gardeners interested in supplying the shop should call Maria on 01673 842367.
