Students from Caistor Grammar School travelled to Morocco visiting Marrakech, the Atlas Mountains and the fringes of the Sahara Desert near Zagora.

Highlights included a two-hour camel ride, witnessing the spectacular desert sunrise and the dramatic scenery of the Atlas Mountains, as well as the opportunity to sharpen up their haggling skills in the souks of Marrakech.

And lowlights included the unscheduled diversion to Portugal, the cold desert nights and the staff’s camel experience.
