Fictional characters come alive for World Book Day
Colourful literary characters were brought to life by children at Binbrook Primary School to celebrate World Book Day today, Thursday March 7.
The children chose their favourite fictional characters to dress up as and all of the pupils were presented with a £1 voucher which they can use in bookshops to purchase one of eight World Book Day children’s novels. A choreographer from West End in Schools was also visiting to work with pupils.
Pictured dressing up for the event are Florence Sturgess, Abbsdee Webb, Cameron Snowden and Simon Matthews.
