There is a lot involved in running a successful cafe and children in Harriers Class at Market Rasen Primary School got just a glimpse of what it is all about when they paid a visit to Jossals in the town’s Queen Street.
This visit tied in with this term’s topic, which will see their work culminate in their own pop-up cafe in school at the end of term.
They are already busy looking at what they will be serving and have even had a trial run at making some of the items.
“We are very grateful to Jossals for allowing us to come along and see how the cafe is run,” said class teacher Sue Thompson. “The children have taken a lot if ideas away with them.”
