Flippin’ good time at annual pancake race

Waiting for Video...

In perfect weather conditions, Caistor Grammar School’s annual pancake race took place supported by students and staff.

Deputy head teacher Eddie Cook started the race, with year seven girls holding on tightly to their frying pans as they raced around the route, flipping the pancake four times as they went.

The boys’ race, started by the year 7 students, followed the same route.

And coming first overall was Ayscough House, followed by Rawlinson, with Hansard coming third.
