A consultation process has begun on the future of Brocklesby Park Primary School.

Following careful consideration of how to secure a viable future for the school, the Governing Body has asked the local authority to start the consultation process on the proposal to close the school with effect from August 31, 2015.

There are currently 15 pupils on roll at Brocklesby Park Primary School, with a potential capacity for 56.

If the process continues through to the later stages, then the final decision on whether or not the school remains open will be made by the LA in May 2015 at the earliest.

The LA strongly advise that all Parents of pupils currently on roll are strongly advised by the local authority to keep their children at the school during the rest of this academic year, whatever the outcome of this process.
