Little ones from Middle Rasen Nursery enjoy regular visits to the woods as part of their eco learning

Children at Middle Rasen Nursery have been enjoying the great outdoors, with regular visits to Willingham Woods.

“The children really look forward to the trips,” said joint nursery manager Pat Golby.

“The woods is a wonderful free resource and the children can learn so much and also experience carefully  supervised risk taking .”

Now the nursery is looking to expand on these visits in a bid to become the county’s first Eco Nursery.
