Market Rasen Methodist Church was filled with singing as people of all ages came together for this year’s Rotary Community Carol Concert.

Pupils from Market Rasen, Nettleton, Middle Rasen and Faldingworth Primary Schools delighted everyone with their seasonal songs
and all the children at the event were rewarded with a visit from Santa, who along with his two helpers, distributed gifts.

There were performances too from Market Rasen Choral Society, as well as De Aston students Adam Muxworthy on French horn and singer Esther Robinson, together with plenty of carols everyone could join in with.

“It (the concert) gets
better and better every year,” said Rotary President Stuart Davis.

“You hear so much about youth and children today, but we are extremely lucky to have the children we have in this area.

“What a start to Christmas - absolutely brilliant.”
