Woman in court over three child abduction charges

A Market Rasen woman is to face trial in front of a jury accused of attempting to abduct three young children including a baby, Lincoln Crown Court heard on Thursday, November 26.

Rae Louisse Linares, 48, of Oxford Street, Market Rasen, denied three charges of attempting to abduct a child, all arising out of alleged incidents in the town on April 14 this year.

The children involved are aged nine, three and 10 months.

Recorder Peter Cooke, sitting at Lincoln Crown Court, adjourned the case for a trial on a date to be 
arranged.

Ms Linares was granted bail on condition that she lives at a secure psychiatric unit in Nottinghamshire.
