AN ACCUSED benefit fraudster is to stand trial at Lincoln Crown Court.
Emma Jones, 28, of Skipworth Ridge, South Kelsey, allegedly claimed benefits she was not entitled to between 2007 and 2010.
Ms Jones is accused of failing to let the Department for Work and Pensions know she was living with her husband Richard Dunderdale between May 30, 2007 and September 28, 2010.
She is also accused of failing to alert West Lindsey District Council about the change in circumstances between June 4, 2007 and October 31, 2010.
Ms Jones denies the charges and will stand trial on March 2.
