Warrant out for arrest of accused fragrance set thief

A MAN accused of stealing a fragrance set failed to turn up for a court hearing – and a warrant for his arrest has been issued. Jeffrey Boryszczuk, 41, of Snelland Road, Wickenby allegedly stole an £18 fragrance set from Boots in Market Rasen on December 3, 2011.

Mr Boryszczuk is also accused of failing to surrender to court bail on January 10, 2012.

He was due to appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, May 17 but failed to turn up.
