A 22-year-old man has been arrested in Market Rasen in connection with a commercial burglary in Ulceby.
Ulceby Cross Service Station was entered between 12.30am and 1.30am and offenders broke into the station through a window stealing a quantity of cigarettes.
Offenders then made off in a vehicle.
Police Officers attended the scene, supported by a police helicopter.
The man was arrested in Market Rasen after a stinger device was used to stop the Vauxhall Corsa he was driving. He is currently helping police with their enquiries.
Police say they believe there may have been other people involved in the burglary and are appealing for witnesses to contact them via 101 quoting incident number 19 of January 4.
Police had initially reported that the incident was an armed robbery.
