Threats to kill case

A BINBROOK man has denied threatening to kill a woman, Grimsby Crown Court heard.

John Tate, 31, of Wold View Caravan Park, allegedly made threats to kill Gemma Freeman in Grimsby on June 8, 2011.

Mr Tate denies the charge and will stand trial at Grimsby Crown Court during the week beginning August 13.
