A TEENAGER who assaulted three people and caused criminal damage to a garden fence has been given 14 hours’ community service.
Lincoln Magistrates’ Court heard how Daniel Bryan, 18, of Wickenby was found guilty of assaulting Tomasz Gnoinski and causing him actual bodily harm.
Bryan was found guilty of causing criminal damage to a garden fence worth £50 and beating up Nathan Smithurst. Bryan admitted assaulting James Chambers and causing him ABH.
All four offences happened in Lincoln on June 8, 2011.
Bryan was ordered to pay £100 court costs and has to pay £50 compensation to all three victims.
