A TEENAGER is to stand trial accused of stealing a car, driving without insurance and with no licence.
The 16-year-old from Brigg, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared at Scunthorpe Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, September 8.
It is alleged he stole a Vauxhall Astra and caused damage to it in April this year. He is accused of driving it on the A18 Scunthorpe to Crowle with no insurance or driving licence.
He will stand trial on December 22.
