Suspended prison term for robbery

A MARKET Rasen man has been given a nine-month suspended prison sentence after admitting two robbery charges at Grimsby Crown Court.

David Foster, 20, of Jameson Bridge Street, pleaded guilty to robbing £2 from one person and a Blackberry Curve mobile phone from another victim in Grimsby on October 28, 2011.

He has been handed a nine-month prison sentence, suspended for 12 months. Foster must also complete 80 hours unpaid work.
