Sentence breach

A MARKET Rasen man who failed to carry out community requirements of his suspended sentence order has been ordered to do work to address ‘non-compliance’, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court heard.

Kyle Husak, 24, of Queen Street admitted failing to attend a drug rehabilitation review on December 30, 2011 and drug testing on March 30, 2012.

Husak did not provide an acceptable explanation for his absence within seven days.
