Police hunt for thieves who stole £6,000 of grain

THIEVES have stolen about 25 to 30 tons of wheat grain worth almost £6,000 from a farm in Snitterby.

The grain was taken from a store at a farm off Cliff Road over the last three or four days.

This would have required a large vehicle and would have taken a considerable amount of time.

Officers are appealing for anyone who has seen any suspicious activity in the area, or anyone who has any information on this type of crime to get in touch with them as soon as possible.

Call Lincolnshire Police on 101 or independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
