Police appeal after alleged Binbrook attack

Police are appealing for information after an alleged assault in Binbrook.

A 67-year-old man was allegedly struck in the face in Market Place, Binbrook at about 11pm on New Year’s Eve. He suffered an eye injury and bruising. A 39-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident and is currently on police bail pending further enquiries.

Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident to get in touch with them as soon as possible.
