A MOTHER who failed to make sure her child regularly attended school has been given a conditional discharge for 12 months, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court heard on Monday.

Ivy Parker, of Highgate Lane, Normanby by Spital, failed to make sure her son attended schooling at Solutions IV (Croft Centre) in Horncastle between September 5, 2011 and October 20, 2011.
