Market Rasen man’s assault case

A MARKET Rasen man has been given a conditional discharge for assaulting an man in Grimsby.

Grimsby Magistrates’ Court heard how Christopher Hayes, 22, of Willingham Court, Chapman Street assaulted Robert Thompson on March 8, 2012.

Hayes was ordered to pay £100 court costs, £50 compensation and was given a 12-month conditional discharge.
