Market Rasen man in driving without due care case

A MARKET Rasen man accused of driving without due care and attention failed to show up for a hearing at Grimsby Magistrates’ Court.

Shane Carr, 56, of Waterloo Street is allegedly drove a Jaguar S Type car on the A46 in Laceby on October 16, 2011, without due care and attention.

He is also accused of driving without a valid licence.

The case has been adjourned until September 5.
