Curtis Oakes, 21, of Blacksmiths Court, Oxford Streeet, Market Rasen, has been sentenced after he pleaded guilty to a public order offence, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court heard on November 26.

The court was told how Oakes admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to provoke violence.

The incident happened in Lincoln on October 24.

Oakes has been fined £90 and ordered to pay a £150 criminal courts charge, £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a £20 victim surcharge.

Reginald Doyle

Reginald Doyle, 19, of London Road, Grantham, appeared at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on November 26, charged with three motoring offences in Middle Rasen.

The court was told how Mr Doyle has been accused of driving a Ford Ka dangerously on the A631 in Middle Rasen on August 5.

He is also accused of driving without a valid licence and without insurance.

Mr Doyle has not yet entered a plea.

The case has been sent to Lincoln Crown Court, where he is due to appear in the dock on December 23.

Richard Clarke

Richard Clarke, 35, of Welholme Road, Grimsby, has been sentenced after he pleaded guilty to an assault in Market Rasen, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court heard on November 30.

The court heard how Clarke admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Market Rasen on April 8.

He has been given a two-year conditional discharge.

Clarke has also been handed a two-year restraining order.

He has been ordered to pay £100 compensation, £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a £15 victim surcharge, the court 
was told.

Edward Norrey

Edward Norrey, 28, of Traffords Way, Hibaldstow, has been sentenced after he pleaded guilty to drink driving, Scunthorpe Magistrates’ Court heard on December 3.

The court was told how Norrey admitted driving a Fiat Punto when he was more than two times over the legal limit.

A test showed Norrey had 75 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

The incident happened in Grosvenor Street South, Scunthorpe on November 14.

Norrey has been banned from driving for 15 months and fined £250.

He has been ordered to pay a £150 criminal courts charge, £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a £25 victim surcharge.

Lee Altoft

Lee Altoft, 39, of St Barnabas Road, Barnetby, has had a charge against him dismissed, Scunthorpe Magistrates’ Court heard on December 3.

The court was told how Mr Altoft had been accused of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress.

It was alleged to have happened in Scunthorpe on October 27.

Mr Altoft had pleaded not guilty to the charge.

The court heard how the case was dismissed because no evidence was offered.

On acquittal magistrates handed Mr Altoft a restraining order, the court was told.

Richard Robinson

Richard Robinson, 69, of Wold Court, Wrawby, has been accused of three counts of having indecent images of a child and one count of making indecent images of a child, Scunthorpe Magistrates’ Court heard on December 3.

The court was told how Mr Robinson allegedly took 496 indecent photographs of a child between January 10, 2014 and March 17, 2015.

He is accused of two counts of having an indecent photograph of a child.

The final count involves Mr Robinson allegedly having four indecent videos of children, the court was told.

Mr Robinson has not yet entered a plea for any of the four charges.

The case has been sent to Grimsby Crown Court where Mr Robinson is due to appear on December 21.

He has been given unconditional bail until this date.

Kelly-Anne Fields

Kelly-Anne Fields, 29, of Chapman Street, Market Rasen, has been fined for travelling on a trian without a valid ticket, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court heard on December 3.

The court heard how Fields travelled between Lincoln and Market Rasen without a valid ticket on June 28.

The case was proved in her absence. Fields had not entered a plea.

She has been fined £220 and ordered to pay a £150 criminal courts charge, £135 court costs, £22 victim surcharge and £5.80 compensation.

Richard Robinson

Richard Robinson, 35, of Chapman Street, Market Rasen has been fined for travelling on a trian without a valid ticket, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court heard on December 3.

The court heard how Robinson travelled between Lincoln and Market Rasen without a valid ticket on June 28.

The case was proved in his absence. Robinson had not entered a plea.

He has been fined £220 and ordered to pay a £150 criminal courts charge, £135 court costs, £22 victim surcharge and £5.80 compensation.
