Jack Daniel’s thief to pay compensation

A THIEF who stole a bottle of whiskey has been ordered to pay compensation to Asda, Grimsby Magistrates’ Court heard.

James Ford, 29, of South Dale, Caistor stole a bottle of Jack Daniel’s from Asda in Grimsby on July 11, 2012.

Ford has been given a 12-month conditional discharge and has to pay £22.97 compensation to the supermarket. He must also pay £85 court costs.
