Carl Adlam

Carl Adlam, of Willingham Road, Market Rasen, will appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court facing one charge of speeding.

Adlam, 47, pleaded guilty to speeding on the A631 at Willingham Woods on April 10 this year.

His case has been adjourned until November 25 to consider disqualification from driving.

Karen Dowle

Karen Dowle, of Caistor Road, Market Rasen, has been fined £40 after pleading guilty to speeding on the A46.

Dowle, 54, sped on the A46 at Middle Rasen on April 23 this year.

Her licence has been endorsed with three penalty points and she has been ordered to pay £85 costs and a victim surcharge of £20.

Her guilty plea was taken into account when magistrates at Lincoln imposed her sentence.

Elizabeth Bryson

Elizabeth Bryson, of Gordon Field, Market Rasen, has been fined £60 after pleading guilty to speeding on the A46.

Bryson, 72, pleaded guilty to speeding at Middle Rasen on April 17 and her licence has been endorsed with three penalty points.

She was ordered to pay £45 costs and a £20 victim surcharge by magistrates at Lincoln.

Her guilty plea was taken into account when her sentence was imposed.

Stephen Lovatt

Stephen Lovatt, of Carpenters Close, Wragby, has been fined £200 after being found guilty of speeding.

Lovatt was found guilty in absence by magistrates at Lincoln for speeding on the A17 at Swineshead Bridge on April 13 this year.

He has been fined £200, and was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

His licence has been endorsed with three penalty points.

Luke Oliver

Luke Oliver, of Rivelin Park, Kingswood, Hull, has been fined £60 after being found guilty of speeding at Snitterby.

Oliver’s licence has been endorsed with three penalty points for speeding on the A15.

He was ordered to pay £85 costs and a victim surcharge of £60.

Jason Smith

Jason Smith, of High Street, Faldingworth, has been fined £200 after being found guilty of speeding on the A46 at Middle Rasen.

Smith, 45, was found guilty in absence by magistrates at Lincoln for the offence which took place on April 17.

His licence has been endorsed with three penalty points and he has been ordered to pay £85 costs and a victim surcharge of £20.

Braden Baines

Braden Baines, of The Brambles, Market Rasen, has been fined £200 after being found guilty of using a mobile phone whilst driving.

Baines, 20, was found guilty in absence of using a mobile phone whilst driving on South Park in Lincoln on March 15 this year.

His licence has been endorsed with three penalty points and he has been ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Christine Haughey

Christine Haughey, of Main Street, Normanby by Spital will appear at Lincoln Magistrates on January 6, 2014 facing one charge of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

Mrs Haughey has pleaded not guilty to the offence which allegedly occurred on February 25 this year.

Jeffrey Boryszczuk

Jeffrey Boryszczuk, 43, of Snelland Road, Wickenby, has been fined £60 and handed a community order after pleading guilty to possession of heroin.

Boryszczuk pleaded guilty to possession of 0.3g of heroin in Lincoln on September 16.

He was ordered to pay costs of £30 and must attend regular appointments as a requirement of his community order.

His guilty plea was taken into account when his sentence was imposed.

Philip Roper

Philip Roper, 43, of Jasmine Way, Wragby, has appeared at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court charged with a public order offence.

Mr Roper is accused of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to provoke violence in Silver Street, Lincoln on December 8 last year.

The court heard how he has pleaded not guilty to the charge.

The case has been adjourned until November 13.
