Hefty fine for drunk and disorderly Hemswell Cliff man
A MAN from Hemswell Cliff has been fined £640 for being drunk and disorderly in a public place and obstructing a police officer, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court heard.
Daniel Slack, 24, of Gibraltar Road pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in Park Street, Lincoln on August 11, 2012 and was fined £215.
Slack also admitted obstructing a police officer and has been fined £425.
On the same day Slack failed to comply with directions from a police officer – he was given no separate penalty for this charge.
Slack has to pay £85 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
