Fine for skipping railway red light

A MAN who failed to stop at a red light on a level crossing has been fined £300.

Grimsby Magistrates’ Court was told how Daryl Clayton, 29, from Stainton-le-Vale, admitted driving an Audi A4 through a red light at Stallingborough level crossing on June 14, 2011.

He was ordered to pay £40 CPS costs, a £15 victim surcharge was given three penalty points on his licence.
