Fine for Market Rasen woman caught with drugs

A WOMAN has been fined after being caught with cannabis in Market Rasen, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court heard.

Tracie Cole, 41, of Greenhill Drive, Bishop Norton had class B drug cannabis in Market Rasen’s King Street on May 7, 2012.

On the same day Cole was caught using a car without third party insurance.

She pleaded guilty to both offences and was fined a total of £135. Cole’s driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points and she was ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
