Drunk and disorderly Market Rasen man is fined

A MAN has been fined for being drunk and disorderly in Market Rasen, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court heard.

Stephen McDermott, 51, of Elm Tree Close, Market Rasen pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in Linwood Road on July 6, 2012.

He also admitted being drunk and disorderly in the town’s Market Place on July 7, 2012.

McDermott was fined £60 and has been ordered to pay £40 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
