Driving ban for North Kelsey man

A DRINK-driver has been banned from driving for 18 months, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court heard.

Mark Garner, 45, of Cross Lane, North Kelsey admitted driving a car in Brigg Road, North Kelsey on January 22, 2012 when he was more than one-and-a-half times over the legal drink-drive limit.

He was fined £200 and ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
