A DRIVER accused of causing death by dangerous driving has appeared before Lincoln Crown Court.
Allan Worsman, 59, of North Clumber Park, Worksop, is alleged to have caused the death of Richard Taylor by driving dangerously on the A15 near to the Spridlington turn off on August 19, 2011.
Worsman indicated a not guilty plea through his barrister Tony Stanton before the hearing was adjourned. He was granted bail to appear back in court on May 18.
Mr Taylor, 77, of Staindale Road, Ashby, Scunthorpe, died after the Volkswagen Golf car he was driving was in collision with an estate car.
